Overloading the Machine

Chocolate Ganache


  • 1/4c soy milk
  • 4oz semisweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Bring the soy milk to a gentle boil. Remove it from the heat and add the chocolate and maple syrup. Mix with a rubber spatula. Leave at room temperature.
