Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon or honey mustard
  • 3 teaspoons raspberry-flavored vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or one clove fresh garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk until emulsified.
