Raspberry Vinaigrette

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon or honey mustard
- 3 teaspoons raspberry-flavored vinegar
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt (or one clove fresh garlic)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk until emulsified.
