Serves 8.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat for 5 seconds. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
Add the spinach and sea salt. Using tongs, keep turning the spinach over to coat it with oil. After 1 minute, add the nuts and raisins. Stir until the spinach wilts. Transfer to a platter to serve.
Notes: Haven't tried it yet.
