Cut tempeh into 1 inch cubes. Heat in well oiled skillet until golden brown, turning frequently. Add all ingredients except the last two to a food processor and process until smooth. Then add the last two, mix by hand and then form into a ball. Chill for at least two hours.
Steady movement is more important than speed, much of the time. So long
as there is a regular progression of stimuli to get your mental hooks
into, there is room for lateral movement. Once this begins, its rate is
a matter of discretion.
